No Smoking Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the flat, in hallways and in all other indoor areas. This prohibition also applies when windows or doors are open. Smoking and vaping are permitted only on the balcony belonging to the flat, provided that all windows and doors are closed. Drugs and Illegal Activities The consumption, possession, sale, manufacture and distribution of illegal drugs or other prohibited substances are strictly prohibited both inside the accommodation and in all associated outdoor areas. Cannabis is prohibited throughout the entire accommodation, including the balcony and terrace, regardless of whether its use may be legally permitted. The use of the accommodation for any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Damage, Malfunctions and Hazards Any damage, technical malfunction or unusual incident must be reported immediately. This includes, in particular: • Water leaks or dampness • Power cuts or electrical problems • Smoke or activated smoke alarms • Damaged furniture or appliances • Faulty doors, windows or locks • Blockages or plumbing problems • Unusual smells • Lost keys or access devices • Any other potential hazards Please do not attempt to repair technical systems, electrical appliances, locks or other fixtures yourself. Prompt reporting helps prevent further damage and ensures that any issues can be resolved as quickly as possible.
