Cancellation Options

1. In the event of a cancellation, the cancellation fees set out below may apply. The specific deadlines and percentages must be definitively established before this document is published and communicated to the guest before the booking is confirmed.

• Up to 14 days before arrival: 0% of the agreed total price.
• Between 14 and 5 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price.
• Less than 5 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the agreed total price.

1. The guest reserves the right to provide evidence that the landlord has suffered no loss or a significantly lower loss. Where legally required, any expenses saved and any income generated through re-letting the accommodation to another guest shall be taken into account.
2. Any payments already made shall be offset against any legitimate cancellation claim. Any remaining credit shall be refunded to the guest.
3. The statutory rights of both contracting parties, in particular any existing right to terminate the agreement for cause, shall remain unaffected.
